YOUTH ACTIVITY CENTER

Project description: The Youth Activity Center will be expanded 8000 sf to accommodate a CDC wing for kindergarten age group. The work includes providing play areas and playground equipment. The intent of the renovation is to bring the existing activity rooms into compliance with the current Army Standard Design for CDCs to the extent possible within the existing footprint. This includes extensive remodeling of the interior portions of the building in the activity rooms wings. The project includes changes to kitchens in all four facilities. Work on facilities will include provision of anti-terrorism/force protection and bringing all buildings into compliance with current building and fire protection codes
