Gateway includes 95 parking spaces and 5,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. Gateway West Loop welcomed its first residents in July of 2015.The rooftop resident lounge is adjacent to the pool deck and has a kitchen, fireplace and multiple seating areas for small gatherings. Gateway has a complimentary coffee center with Starbucks coffee.
