Project description: New construction of a new two-story Out Patient Pharmacy at the existing Loma Linda Healthcare campus. This building encompasses the first floor outpatient pharmacy facility and the second floor administrative offices which support the pharmacy.  Cooling and heating was provided by a dedicated building chiller and boiler.  Natural gas and communication cable was run from the main facility.  An emergency generator was provided in a mechanical yard which protects medications in the event of a power failure.
