Project description: The project is a new mixed-use development designed the project in a modern-industrial manner reflective of the Logan Square neighborhood’s history and appropriate to the future of the development’s surroundings. The project will include 78 apartments in two 3-story mid-rise structures located over a shared first floor podium. 55 parking spaces will be provided along with 6,090 square feet of retail on the first floor of the building. The building will be replete with exercise facilities, residential amenity facilities, a ground floor landscaped courtyard, and a second level landscaped terrace.
