Project description: Renovation of the existing first floor’s 23,965 SF to accommodate the programmatic needs of the FBI Academy. In conjunction with the renovation will be the abatement of all hazardous materials, including all ductwork within the first floor footprint, and the expansion of the existing restroom facilities. All life safety and accessibility code requirements shall be adhered to as a part of the renovation.
